Jean-François
Canyon Guide
A dedicated Canyon Guide with over 35 years of experience. He holds a State Diploma in Youth, Sports, Popular Education, and Sport, with a specialisation in Canyonism.
As a professional Firefighter Officer, he previously served as the Station Commander for the Théoule-sur-Mer fire station. A mountain rescuer and lead trainer at the National Canyon Rescue School, he also serves as an instructor at the Civil Security Application School (ECASC). Furthermore, he is the President of the Action Solidarité Pompier Association in Théoule-sur-Mer.
Beyond his extensive rescue record, Jeff is a true globe-trotter and the co-author of numerous canyoning guidebooks covering Sardinia, Slovenia, Corsica, the Alpes-Maritimes, and the Alpes de Haute-Provence.
He has travelled the world to pursue his passion for canyoning and to train fellow firefighters. With his distinct Mediterranean flair, he will guide you to the hidden gems and secret spots of the canyoning world.
