General Terms and Conditions of Sale C.G.V

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These general terms and conditions of sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to any purchase of services connecting users with professionals for canyoning and team-building activities offered by Adrenaline 06 to professional and non-professional clients on the website https://www.adrenaline06.com/.

The main characteristics of the services are presented on the website, and the client is required to read them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a service is the sole responsibility of the client.

These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, notably those applicable to other marketing channels for services. These T&Cs are accessible at any time on the website and shall prevail over any other version or contradictory document.

2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES

Registrations are made with Adrenaline 06 subject to availability. Any registration will only become effective after a deposit has been paid via a secure platform. In the event of cancellation by you within less than 48 hours, the deposit will be retained. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will result in a refund of the deposit.

The total balance of the agreed service must be paid on the day of the activity, upon your arrival and before the activity begins. Upon booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for yourself and any other participants you represent. Reserved places are not nominative.

3. CANCELLATION

3.1 CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

Any activity interrupted or not consumed by the participant or the subscriber, for whatever reason, will not be refunded.

3.2 CANCELLATION BY ADRENALINE 06

In the event of an activity being cancelled by Adrenaline 06 for any reason, participants will be refunded in full but cannot claim any further compensation.

4. DELAYS

Out of respect for the guide and other participants, we cannot wait more than 30 minutes past the scheduled meeting time. Beyond this period, we are no longer under any contractual obligation; you will not be refunded if a deposit has been paid, and you remain liable for the service.

5. WEATHER CONDITIONS

Weather conditions are assessed daily as our outdoor activities take place in natural environments. As long as the activity is maintained by Adrenaline 06 and our guides, no refund will be issued.

6. WHAT OUR RATES INCLUDE

Supervision by a professional and equipment suitable for the activity.

7. WHAT OUR RATES DO NOT INCLUDE

Your transport to the meeting point, rental of additional equipment, and any ancillary expenses initiated by you, such as drinks, snacks, etc.

8. SAFETY

From the moment you are taken into our care and throughout the course, our guide will provide instructions on the conduct of the activity, check your equipment, and indicate safety rules, particularly regarding progression. The guide is authorised to decide whether to maintain, shorten, or cancel the activity based on your aptitude, weather conditions, or other factors.

9. INSURANCE

All our instructors possess their own Professional Civil Liability (RCP) insurance. We advise you to have your own personal insurance covering the activity or activities practiced.

10. SUPERVISION

Our instructors hold the required diplomas for the supervised activity. As independent workers, they hold valid professional cards, are up to date with their contributions, and are covered by their own Professional Civil Liability insurance. They are registered with the Regional Directorate for Youth, Sports, and Social Cohesion. They are the sole judges of your ability to participate based on your physical and physiological aptitudes.

11. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Participating in our activities requires being in good physical and physiological health, with no medical contraindications for the chosen activity. You must respect the conditions specified below. Our activities take place in a non-sanitised natural environment; therefore, you must be aware of the inherent risks. Participants must strictly follow the instructions of the professional in charge. For Canyoning, it is mandatory to know how to swim and be capable of total immersion.

12. EQUIPMENT

The equipment provided by Adrenaline 06 is approved and complies with regulatory safety standards. Any additional equipment not provided by Adrenaline 06 but necessary for the activity will be explained and requested during your booking.

13. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Adrenaline 06 provides approved safety equipment. You are responsible for providing any personal items requested during the booking process.

14. AUDIOVISUAL PROPERTY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

By participating, you expressly and without restriction agree that your image may be used for promotional and advertising purposes across all our “print” media and communication tools (videos, photos, website, social networks). Upon written request sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, we will remove photos concerning you where applicable.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal information.

15. MINORS

Unaccompanied minors require parental authorisation. For certain canyons, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
